Position as at last event This is the current account generated from confirmed records only. Numbered references take you to the exact event supporting each statement, so interpretation can be checked against the record.

On 16 January 2026, Peter Aebi proposed a handover meeting for the screed surfaces in fields B1 to B3 on 21 January 2026 (event 01). The inspection took place as scheduled, resulting in a conditional handover subject to resolving a curled edge joint with a visible crack in field B2 and two defects around floor drains in field B3 (event 02). While the defects in field B3 were successfully rectified and accepted on 27 January 2026 (events 04, 05), the contractor disputed liability for the curled joint in B2, attributing it to a lack of site heating and uneven drying (event 03). The issue remains unresolved, and the flooring contractor has warned that the joint must be resin-bonded before floor installation to prevent telegraphing through the cleanroom flooring (event 06).

Outcome so far What has actually been decided or agreed, drawn only from confirmed records. If nothing has been settled, it says so plainly instead of implying an agreement.

No clear outcome recorded yet. The topic remains open as the responsibility for the curled edge joint in field B2 (axis B/2, length 3.8 m) is actively disputed (events 03, 04, 05). The contractor, Peter Aebi, claims the damage is due to missing site heating and uneven drying (event 03), while Reto Bachmann noted that the root cause of the drying conditions is currently being discussed with the client (event 05). Meanwhile, Marco Frei of Baumgartner Boden has clarified that repairing this joint is not included in their works contract and will require approximately one working day of additional effort to prevent defects in the final cleanroom flooring (event 06).

Guten Tag Frau Kuenzli

Outstanding items The open points that still need a decision, an instruction or a payment, taken from the record. On a live project this is the list that prevents a disputed item from being forgotten until it turns into a claim; each point traces back to the emails that raised it.

  1. Resolution of liability and cost allocation for repairing the 3.8 m curled edge joint in field B2 along axis B/2.
  2. Clarification of the root cause regarding the drying conditions and missing site heating with the client.

Open points stay visible until someone resolves them, so nothing disputed quietly disappears.

CONTRACT INTELLIGENCE

Ask the contracts The verdict is a structured conclusion from the cited clauses, not a replacement for reading the contract. Confidence reflects evidence strength and agreement, not legal certainty.

The answer names the responsible party only where the clauses support one. Contradictions stay visible.

Searched 7 documents across 4 contractors SiteActa searches every uploaded contract and project-wide document at once, in English and German, so the answer is not limited to the one contract you happened to open.

Responsible: Cleanline Systemtechnik GmbH

High confidence

Cleanline Systemtechnik GmbH (WC-07) is responsible. The cleanroom package assigns the wall and ceiling systems to WC-07, supported by the project responsibility matrix.

Related clauses at a different scope are shown as context, not treated as the answer. A related clause can concern the same object but a different scope, stage or party. It is disclosed as context without being allowed to establish the answer on its own.

Contradictory clauses Contradictory clauses allocate the same work differently. SiteActa shows both positions instead of silently choosing the most convenient one.

Moderate confidence

The retrieved clauses assign the same obligation to different parties. No party is selected; the contradiction must be resolved contractually.

Conflict: Cleanline Systemtechnik GmbH is assigned envelope sealing, while each contractor is also required to seal penetrations it creates or uses.
